Faulty keyboard or missing keys

If some keys become loose or accidently missing, they can be replaced on a one for one basis. In some occasions it may be easier or cheaper to replace the whole keyboard. This operation can be carried out at your place by the engineer in less than an hour.

Power problems, DC Jack Repair

Most of power problems are usually caused by a faulty or loose DC Jack, which stops your laptop from recharging or powering up.

Common Symptoms are:

  Your laptop battery will not charge

  Loose DC Jack Power connector

  Intermittent battery charging

  Screen dims and brightens intermittently

  Burning smell coming from the DC jack socket

  No power at all

Cracked screen

 
Here is an example of cracked screen. It's usually caused by leaving an object on the keyboard and closing the lid, or applying too much pressure on the screen when cleaning it,etc...The liquid crystal starts leaking behind the glass, creating some random patches of light and colors. The screen needs to be replaced.
If your screen is in stock, it may be replaced and back to you the same or next day.

Screen Corruption

Common Symptoms are:

  Multi colours

  Multi lines or/and dots on screen

  Multi unknown and flickering alphanumeric characters

  Blank screen

  White screen

  Flickering picture

  No display
